lets settle the war!

hello...gee it has been a while huh!?

Ok, this just came to me a little while ago. But my dream of settling the whole "war" between Mac and Windows...so heres my idea:

(i dunno how many people ACTUALLY look at my blog, but anyway) if Windows/Mac is so bad - what is wrong with it!? Tell us, we'd like to hear about it!

I hate living in the country...

Hello, chip here.

You know, it's so hard to live down here in Traralgon. We have like i dunno, 20 computer stores in traralgon...yet none sell Mac! I REALLY want a Mac! But if i was to get one, i'd have to drive all the way to melbourne, which is a 2 hour drive!! So...i think the main reason that they don't sell Mac's down here is because we have only ever sold PC's down here, thats all the people in Traralgon have ever used. But that is SO wrong! There alot of people I know in traralgon who use Macs! So i think we should get a store that sells Macs...I mean if we can sell iPods and other apple products, why shouldn't we have Macs?!

things have changed...

hey 'yall,

*sigh* yes, it has been a long time since i posted something here. But, it's not as if i am getting slack...things have just..."changed". A long time ago, i was addicted to windows and microsoft. It was the only thing for me. Because i only ever used windows, and never Mac...i saw Mac as the Rival. The BAD rival. So i started saying it sucked and whatever. But, in school one day i opened my big trap to my german Teacher, and she gave me a dose of "why Windows is crap, and Mac is best!" I felt disturbed and horrified for the rest of that day.

After a while i felt better again, and still continued to love windows. But after a few months, when i was on school holidays (still am) i saw just how great Macs are. So, ever since, my love for windows and microsoft has lowered down to 40%, leaing 60% for Macs. I am soon planing on buying myself a new Mac Book Intel Core Duo, yet still keeping my PC.

So Mac has become the new windows to me, i still like windows...but there are more things on Mac for me to discover and cherish.

And, if you havn't noticed, Brandon has obviously switched sides. He never comes to this blog anymore. But i can tell you, he just got a new PC for Xmas, and he has to send it back becasue 2 keys have fallen off LOL. He loves Mac as much as me, and REALLY wants a mac book like me.

so, in conclusion; i WILL keep this blog running, but i may delete most of the old entries, and change the name. This blog will become more about computers, than just windows.

so...i hope everybody is happy now.

MICROSOFT ZUNE -NOW HERE!!

Hello again,

Yes! At last, Microsoft has launched their own MP3 to Compete against the iPod. I have waited for this for a long time, It's so exciting for somebody like me! Now before you start complaining about "You wouldn't even know what it's like to use an iPod you loser!" WRONG! I in fact have an iPod. A 512MB iPod shuffle. I must admit, the iPod is great. iTunes is a wonder when putting music on iPods, iTunes is so well set out! I use it more than windows media player 11!

But I am excited about the Microsoft Zune because I have long awaited Microsft to release it's own MP3 player, not to get rid of my iPod, but because I knew Microsoft would...and i knew it would be fantastic! Now, my advice is that; DO NOT BUY IT YET!! When New Technology is released, it is never at it's best. Take the first iPod for instance! Plus, i have heard that The Zune is not compatible with Windows Vista....tsk tsk tsk. Anyway, so don't buy it yet, wait for maybe a year or two, maybe months if your that excited like me.

So Scared Right Now

Hello again,

Yes this time is VERY scary. The year is 2006, most computers come with ready installed windows...but for how long? My friends, I don't want people to think that i hate Apple and Mac... it's not the opperationg system I hate, it's the rude and arrogent people who use it...not all of them of course...but most of them. I REALLY don't want to sound mean, but, if we want to make this world a better place... i think we should start with the basics. Like Mac VS. Windows, if we can make both Mac and Windows good opperating systems, with people like me who can be flexible to admire both, this world would be a better place.

Now! Those people who reckon i'm talking bull, take a good think about it. I know that this blog is called "Windows 4eva" , now by that, it doesn't mean i'm saying windows is the only opperating system for me, i'm saying that windows will be here 4eva!

Microsoft is a great company, with great Success and good availabilities. And although i have never used a Mac before in my life, I know that it has great graphics, speed and user-friendly programs. But i cannot leave out a system i have hardley heard about, but i know that it's great...Linux! I am looking into learning more about Linux and i'm sure it's a great system!

anyway, i want you all to think deeply about this entry. I mean every word of it!
